Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes
We handle every order with meticulous care. Once your order is placed, it is processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
Inside Dhaka: Your order is estimated to be delivered within 5 business days from the date of purchase.
Outside Dhaka: For locations across Bangladesh, delivery typically takes up to 10 business days.

Order Modifications & Undeliverable Packages
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the stage of your order’s processing.
In the event that our delivery partner is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to verify your information and arrange for a new delivery attempt.
Product Receiving & Damage Policy
Upon receiving your order, we highly recommend inspecting the package for any damage before signing the delivery receipt.
For deliveries outside Dhaka, we offer an optional crating and packaging service to provide maximum protection for your premium products during transit. Without this enhanced packaging, GRANDEUR Global cannot be held responsible for any damages that occur during transportation.
